This 3.6-liter pan from Lodge is in many ways a significantly more affordable version of the Le Creuset pan. As well as its French production The counterpart is made of enameled cast iron, which is durable, conducts heat well, and does not require any seasoning. It is also compatible with any cooktop and oven safe up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. The main difference (besides price) is the loop handles they are a bit smaller than the Le Creuset so they may not be as easy to grip. Still, it’s built to last for decades and represents great value.
