Made of strong, hard-anodized aluminum coated with 3 layers of safe and durable PFOA-free non-stick material that helps food glide instantly. Compatible with gas, electric, and ceramic cooktops and oven/broiler safe up to 500°F (up to 350°F). Molded stainless steel handles are comfortable and provide a secure grip and are backed by All-Clad’s limited lifetime warranty. It can be washed in the dishwasher, but we recommend hand washing to preserve the non-stick coating. And you might want to hang on a little longer. Pieces are cleverly designed to be nested to minimize scratching and storage space.
