Description

The Analon 11-inch square grill pan offers almost everything we look for in a pan. Anodized aluminum construction ensures even heat distribution, and the pan is oven safe up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. High sides reduce splashing while pouring spouts allow for easy fat removal. The square design maximizes grilling space and the sides taper slightly for easier access to the food with utensils. The ridges of the pan are high enough to create good grill marks and keep the food above fat or liquid. There should be a non-stick surface that lasts longer than most ceramic pans. One improvement we’d like to see: are harder rivets on the handle to extend its life the handle wobbles a bit.
