Le Creuset’s enameled cast-iron crepe pan maintains heat to cook one crepe after another without a break. The exterior is colored enamel and the interior is a satin black that will never need the seasoning that raw cast iron requires. It can be used on any hob and can also be used in the oven at any temperature. Our tester noted that using this pan takes some practice. She found that because the pan tends to get hot in the areas where it touches the burner she had to make the pancakes a little smaller so that the edges would cook as well.
