How to use an espresso machine –

There’s something beautiful about using a moka pot to make coffee – no fancy gadgets, no electricity, just good old basic science. The brewery is also super nonsense, which is always worth appreciating. All you need is water, coffee, and a mocha pot.

For 6 cups of Moka pot, you will need 25.5 grams of coffee, i.e. about three and a half tablespoons. You’ll want to grind them just like you do for espresso, so nice and smooth.
